After over 20 years of leadership experience, particularly in nonprofit and professional associations (with a special focus on STEM), I’ve seen the power of showing up—for your team, your community, and yourself. One of my favorite experiences? Watching volunteers realize how much they, too, get from giving back. That kind of reciprocal generosity drives what I do, and it’s central to the resources you’ll find here.
You might also notice that I talk a lot about the philosophy of “Travel with Life.” For me, it’s a reminder to approach life the same way we approach travel—with curiosity, gratitude, and a willingness to adapt to detours. Building a business, pursuing a dream, or navigating the chaos of everyday life… it’s all a part of the same beautiful, unpredictable adventure.
